With just a week to go before the electoral college formally declares Joe Biden the next president and the so-called “safe harbor” deadline coming on Tuesday, more and more of President Trump’s allies are admitting that his floundering attempts to overturn the election results have no chance of success. Republicans are also previewing the new voting restrictions they’ll try to pass next year, with many GOPers using Trump’s bogus claims as a pretext for doing so:
