Republicans are used to shrugging off criticisms from Democrats and voting rights advocates that GOP election laws tend to impact minority, young and low-income voters the most. But the recent pushback Republicans have received from the business community, a usual ally of the GOP, has electrified the fight over ballot access and restrictive legislation.
