Every year in November or December, the UN convenes the Conference of Parties (COP) summit. Nearly 200 nations gather to discuss climate change, and, ideally, continue to forge a path toward dealing with it under the Paris Agreement.
And in what’s becoming an annual tradition, the U.S. brings the comic relief.
