Republican Mark Harris took his cue from President Richard Nixon when he entered hearings to investigate alleged ballot fraud in his congressional race.
After his protestations that the sore-loser Democrats were just trying to steal his win fell flat, he resorted to the Nixonian defense of blaming his subordinates while claiming complete ignorance of their misdeeds.
