President Donald Trump seems to be the only one in Washington with high expectations for the upcoming U.S.-North Korea summit in Hanoi. Accordingly, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is lowering expectations for any gains that could come from the sit-down.
“The President’s in no hurry, particularly as long as things continue to move forward in a positive manner and as long as the conversations continue to go well,” Sanders told the hosts of “Fox and Friends” Friday. “He has had great success here in the fact they were able to even sit down at the table.”

What positive movement is she talking about?
In fairness, the Trump bar for ‘big success’ is low enough that snakes have difficulty slithering beneath it.
Well, considering that a day Trump doesn’t actually start a war or drool on his shoes is a success for that administration, I guess you could call it that.
When the limbo/expectations bar is already touching the floor, it really can’t be moved any lower.
Oh - the audience is fox news - Sarah, you are going to have to work a whole lot harder to lower expectations in that house of
mirrors. horrors. They’re only doing this so next year the Orange one can say, “I was there. I was in 'Nam.” And 36 million of America’s finest will believe him.
