Nearly all of President Donald Trump’s organizations — from his private company to his inaugural committee to his presidential campaign — are currently under investigation, according to a Saturday Washington Post report.
As the Post points out, removal from office still seems like a reach, what with the Senate controlled by Republicans despite potential impeachment in the House. Indictment may be an impossibility, based on current DOJ precedent.
What seems like a certainty, though, is that mounting external legal problems and looming Democratic takeover of the House will at least dominate Trump’s next year in the White House.

Now as this continues to play out when will the Trumper and other assorted Republicans wonder why New York state or FBI haven’t picked him up earlier?

Tiffany is going to turn out to be the smart one, since she has stayed away from all of the Trump family stuff and taken her own route. I’m sure she doesn’t mind the money she gets, but it seems like she’s avoided being sucked into the gaping maw of illegal activity.
The sad thing is that Trump and his family are likely only emblematic of how the wealthy business families operate. Not all of them, I’m sure, but there are far too many examples of wealthy people taking advantage of the rest of us all around the world. We can hope that Trump and his family go down, they deserve it for how they have abused the system and badly treated others…we can also hope that this doesn’t top with them, and the nation decides to quit coddling the rich and hold them accountable for their actions and behavior. It would be great if the Trump presidency ended up as the impetus to clean out the bad behavior of Republicans and their wealthy donors.
