The Trump Organization has sued the estate and heirs of a man who died in a Trump Tower fire for $90,000 in unpaid fees, according to a Wednesday New York Post report.

The fire was reportedly caused by electrical equipment and became fatal because Todd Brassner, the deceased resident, did not have a smoke alarm. Trump Tower is not outfitted with a sprinkler system due to a loophole in city regulations.

It’s not the first time Brassner was sued by the Trump Organization. In 2012, the Trump Tower residential board sued Brassner for neglecting to pay fees. Per the New York Post, Brassner experienced financial difficulties in the last years of his life.
