After calling Amazon owner Jeff Bezos’s impending divorce a “beauty” last week, President Trump switched his tone on Sunday night by propping up the National Enquirer’s coverage of Bezos’ divorce and suggesting that the tabloid’s reporting was “far more accurate” than the Washington Post, which Bezos owns.
So sorry to hear the news about Jeff Bozo being taken down by a competitor whose reporting, I understand, is far more accurate than the reporting in his lobbyist newspaper, the Amazon Washington Post. Hopefully the paper will soon be placed in better & more responsible hands!

Trump has been railing against Amazon for (what he perceives as) its exploitation of the U.S. Postal Service for months and has never been a fan of the Washington Post’s coverage of his campaign or presidency.
