President Trump told reporters Thursday that he’d leave the decision on whether special counsel Robert Mueller will testify before Congress up to Attorney General William Barr.
“I will leave that up to our very great attorney general,” Trump said when asked about Mueller testifying.
The House Judiciary Committee has already tentatively set a date that it wants Mueller to appear: May 15.

as if he hasn’t commanded Barr on what to do.
Isn’t that up to Bob Mueller? Isn’t he the one who decides whether HE testifies?

Previous administrations have tried invoking executive privilege to prevent both current and former employees from testifying. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
