Clearly rattled by CNN’s international prominence during his visit to the United Kingdom on Monday morning, President Trump suggested on Twitter that Americans boycott AT&T, CNN’s parent company, to force changes at the network.

“I believe if people stopped using or subscribing to @ATT, they would be forced to make big changes at @CNN,” he said. “When the world watches @CNN, it gets a false picture of USA. Sad!”

Trump’s CNN insults are nothing new, but the suggestion of a boycott of a parent company in order to influence the coverage of news outlet takes his incessant attacks on the media one step further.

  1. Is boycotting the Trump organization helpful? Apparently not. The Trump Crime Family is still perpetrating crimes.

  2. “When the World watches @CNN, it gets a false picture of USA. Sad!”

So this time let BBC show the world who you really are. I guess people would feel CNN is too generous.

  3. So many people are tuned to CNN that no one watches it anymore.

  4. Taking Trump somewhere must be like taking a 5 year old to a funeral. You tell him to PLEASE be quiet, keep his hands to himself and don’t talk to anyone, especially adults, unless he’s spoken to first by them.

Ten minutes into the ceremony he’s knocked over several floral arrangements, scribbled all over the sign-in book, wet his drawers in the pew and told three elderly women they are ugly and smell funny.

  5. “I believe that if people stoped using or subscribing to @ATT, they would be forced to make big changes at @CNN, which is dying in the ratings anyway.”

So many self-contradictions and stupidity. If CNN is “dying anyway”, they’ll have to make changes so why is boycott needed? In fact, FOX has the highest rating most of the time but is still not considered credible by most people. Wonder why?
