Tuesday night, mere hours after Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS) won re-election, President Donald Trump seemed to have his mind on a different race as he penned a cryptic tweet about Florida’s Broward County election official Brenda Snipes.
Brenda Snipes, in charge of voting in Broward County, Florida, was just spotted wearing a beautiful dress with 300 I VOTED signs on it. Just kidding, she is a fine, very honorable and highly respected voting tactician!

While the tweet seems bizarre on its face, it seems to be related to a picture circulating everywhere from Mike Huckabee’s Twitter account to Roger Stone Jr.’s Instagram to the neo-Nazi website The Daily Stormer, as spotted by Mediaite.

Snipes came under scrutiny during the 2018 senator and governor races in Florida, during which Broward County voters lodged complaints about difficulty getting to a polling place and which ultimately resulted in recounts plagued by broken machines and missed deadlines.
Snipes submitted her resignation on November 19.
