While lawmakers throughout Congress accuse President Donald Trump of circumventing the Constitution with his impending national emergency declaration, Trump quoted a Fox News analyst to complain about former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe’s supposed attack on the foundational document.
“Trying to use the 25th Amendment to try and circumvent the Election is a despicable act of unconstitutional power grabbing…which happens in third world countries. You have to obey the law. This is an attack on our system & Constitution.” Alan Dershowitz. @TuckerCarlson

In a not-yet-aired interview with CBS, McCabe reportedly says that employees in the Department of Justice discussed ways to remove Trump via the 25th Amendment before special counsel Robert Mueller was appointed.
For what it’s worth, Trump has not always been so on board with the constitutionality of executive orders himself. From 2014:
Repubs must not allow Pres Obama to subvert the Constitution of the US for his own benefit & because he is unable to negotiate w/ Congress.

“Hypocrisy” isn’t the big story here.
The big story is that he thinks the using the 25th Amendment OF THE CONSTITUTION, is somehow unconstitutional.
???
True, dat.
“Trying to use an Amendment to the Constitution is unconstitutional!!!”
Another day in Trumpworld.
He is bound to harm himself and others, this is death by a thousand cuts if you care about our collective future.
