In a series of unhinged tweets on Tuesday morning, President Trump took his usual spout-off against the media in an unusual direction.

Trump claimed the New York Times had apologized to him after the 2016 election and that if they wanted his forgiveness again, they’d have to make a real gesture out of the apology: “Get down on their knees and beg for forgiveness.”

Trump also went off on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and CNN’s “New Day,” suggesting “Morning Psycho (Joe)” had “nosedived” into something “Angry, Dumb and Sick” since the 2016 election and calling CNN’s Chris Cuomo a ratings failure.
