The State Department has digitally altered its 1998 photo of Osama Bin Laden, accounting for 12 years of age, and possibly even a change in facial hair.

On its “Rewards For Justice” website, the State Department says it has used state-of-the-art aging technology to determine what Bin Laden would look like now, and should he have shaved his beard in the past 12 years.

Bin Laden is now 52, and has a bounty of up to $25 million on his head.
