House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said on Wednesday that President Donald Trump is “becoming self-impeachable.”

During an interview with the Washington Post, Pelosi ticked off several of Trump’s dubious actions, like ignoring subpoenas and “obstruction, obstruction, obstruction.”

“Every single day, the President is making a case-he’s becoming self-impeachable,” the speaker said.

Democratic leadership is facing increased pressure from Democrats like Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) to begin impeachment proceedings against Trump after special counsel Robert Mueller found multiple instances of the President attempting to obstruct the Russia investigation, in addition to Trump’s refusal to comply with Democrats’ oversight duties.

However, both Pelosi and House majority leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) have poured cold water on potential impeachment, arguing that it’s “not worthwhile at this point.”
