New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio joined the Democratic presidential field Thursday morning, releasing his announcement video on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”
Running with the slogan “working people first,” de Blasio promises to “take on the wealthy” and “big corporations.”
“I will not rest until this government serves working people,” he adds.

Thanks for participating but others can do what you propose for you.
ugh
the only person I want to see declare for the race is Michelle Obama.
only half snark there.
Someone did a poll and she scored highest as person who was best positioned to help pull this mess of a country back together.
Which is why you and Cuomo, who never agree on anything, were stumbling over each other in a mad dash to see which of you could more wholly ingratiate yourselves to Amazon and give billions in tax deferments and half a billion in straight cash for HQ2, right?
Your 19th century transit solutions involve ferries for wealthy waterfront owners that provide as many rides in one year as the Lexington Avenue 4/5/6 subway line, alone, does in one day, at a $21 taxpayer subsidy per ride (seriously). Fuck off with your “working people first” slogan. You take two black cars 5 miles to the gym every day to ride a stationary bike.
No just NO!
The fact that you are so short sighted to know your chances are ZERO immediately disqualifies you.
Two questions
When was the last time you bought your own gas ?
When was the last time you bought your own groceries?
I thought so
We don’t need another vain rich person who’s going to fix it for us.
