Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) expressed concern Wednesday that President Donald Trump lacks the attention span to focus on his summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un while Michael Cohen testifies before the House Oversight Committee.
“Knowing that the President seems to have a short attention span as it is, to be focused on what Michael Cohen is saying versus to the elements of how he’ll negotiate with Kim Jong Un, that’s really dangerous,” Menendez said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
He added that he sees Cohen’s testimony as highly problematic for the President, by itself.
“What’s going on here in Washington and what Michael Cohen has to say about the President basically shows the President to have lied to the American people,” he said. “He lied to them as a candidate, he lied to them as President, he lied about the Trump Tower deal in Moscow. He lied about the hush payments. In essence, there’s a real credibility problem.”

Sure he has a short attention span, but that’s one of his good qualities!
Don’t worry about it Bob. Trump’s summit is a photo op distraction . He will get played just like the last time.
Kim has no intention of losing the Nukes , but he knows how to manipulate a Narcissist stooge.
Did you notice how non plussed the media is this time?
Everyone is more interested in Cohnen
“He has, like, the best attention span in the world!” ~ John Barron.
And that has to gall him to hell and back!
I get why he framed it like that, but if the universe were empty except for donnie, that crazy NK dude, and the meeting table between them, he’d still have a hard time focusing on the summit.
And trump has far more than a “credibility” problem. Indeed, I’d say he has a collusion problem.
