Russian singer Emin Agalarov, the architect of the now-infamous 2016 Trump Tower meeting, is cancelling his four-city U.S. tour after a failure to reach a deal over the parameters of his testimony with both Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Congress, according to a Tuesday CNN report.
Agalarov is not a U.S. citizen and not subject to U.S. jurisdiction. His lawyer told CNN that he would not agree to accept a subpoena, and that he was only interested in voluntary testimony, explaining the fight over the scope of what he would talk about.
“It’s the only choice we had,” the lawyer, Scott Balber, told CNN of cancelling the tour. “I’ve been endeavoring to engage with the special counsel’s office as well as various congressional committees and despite our best effort we haven’t been able to reach an agreement on the terms.”

Jeez what do I do with my tickets?
He’s a buddy of Spankee and Junior.
Based upon their sterling reputations for reliability and trustworthiness, you can absolutely count on them telling out to go f*** yourself, sucker.
His testimony might have been very interesting but speaking for the nation’s music lovers, I’m good with it.
Our 30th anniversary is coming up, how am I going to break this news to the wife?
