As President Trump arrived in the Bayou State Tuesday for a speech on energy, Louisiana Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser greeted the President with some flamboyant footwear.
Nungesser sported a pair of socks with Trump’s likeness — wispy hair swoop and all.
