Fox News host Laura Ingraham was impressed by former Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams’s response to President Trump’s State of the Union address, saying she had “presence tonight.”
“I got to say, Stacey Abrams, I think she did have presence tonight. I think she (did) much better than some of the people in the last few years. … last year with the sweating face, that was a tough deal. It’s never easy to do these speeches, but, look, I think she is presenting an alternative universe to what is really going on.”

I wouldn’t call that last sentence about ‘presenting an alternative universe to what is really going on’ praise. It’s more of a nasty dig saying Abram presented herself well and did a good job of lying, unlike last year’s sweaty prevaricator.
Not sure I would want this RWNJ salute…
I knew there had to be a catch. What she likes is that someone is saying something she thinks is a lie and is doing a good job making it seem like reality. That’s what she knows Republicans need to do well.
…but look I think she is presenting an alternative universe […] what is really going on.
FIFY
Did she say she was “eloquent?”
