Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker said on Friday that he has not denied any funding requests made by the special counsel investigation.

“I have not denied any funds to the special counsel’s investigation,” Whitaker said in response to a question from Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) at the House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing.
