The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday struck down bans on same sex marriage in Virginia.
Update: Richmond Times Dispatch originally reported four states’ same-sex marriage bans had been overturned by the 4th Circuit Monday, but the court’s decision only involved Virginia’s ban.
aaaand marriage equality keeps rolling along. A few more like this, and there is no way the Supreme Court (well, the majority at least) can go backwards.
