The company that still produces the Thompson submachine gun, commonly known as the Tommy gun, is suing a local vodka-maker over ‘Tommy Guns Vodka,’ a 19-inch glass bottle shaped like the weapon most famous for its employment by Chicago gangsters during the era of prohibition. In an even more interesting twist, Saeilo Enterprises has turned to the court that convicted Al Capone for legal remedy, the Chicago Tribune reported Thursday.
