Comedian Stephen Colbert decided to go off the grid to avoid big government snooping Thursday on the “Colbert Report.”

So how does he plan to thwart the National Security Agency? Hand-writing his tweets.

Colbert said the agency should “spy harder” after a report showed its surveillance has little impact on national security. And spy harder it has: it was recently revealed that the agency planted software on hundreds of thousands of computers. That was the last straw for Colbert, who then vowed to chuck all his devices and go pen-only.

“Sorry America, going off the grid to dodge NSA. #catchmeifyoucan,” he wrote before instructing his pen to “show me naked pictures.”
