Senate Confirms New Jersey Judge To U.S. Appeals Court

The Senate on Tuesday confirmed New Jersey judge Patty Shwartz to serve on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, according to the Associated Press. The vote margin was 64-34.
