Santorum Narrows Spending Gap In Michigan

With a week to go before Michigan’s primary, the Romney campaign is spending $3.8 million, and the Santorum campaign is spending $2.1 million. Those numbers combine both the campaign and super PAC spending, according to NBC’s Chuck Todd.
