Paul Ryan called President Obama’s attacks on his budget plan “verbal tantrums” on the NBC’s “Today” show Tuesday morning. Asked about the president’s attacks on his budget as a “Trojan horse,” Ryan replied:
You know, we’ve gotten kind of used to this sort of verbal tantrums from the president. To me it’s a little more petulance than presidential.
