Mitt Romney will deliver a major foreign policy address on Monday after weeks of turbulence in the Middle East, CNN reports. The speech will take place at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia. The speech comes as President Obama faces scrutiny over his administration’s handling of the attacks in Libya that resulted in the deaths of four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.
