Even though most of it hasn’t been implemented yet, Mitt Romney and many other Republicans commonly claim that President Obama’s health care law is already harming small businesses in the U.S.
Without referencing Romney, Doug Elmendorf, director of the Congressional Budget Office, called that nonsense.
“We don’t think that the health care law is having a significant impact on the economy today,” Elmendorf told reporters at a Christian Science Monitor breakfast roundtable Wednesday.
