Mitt Romney said he cares too much about the country to simply disappear from public life after losing the presidential election, during an interview that aired on “Fox News Sunday.”
“I’m not gonna disappear. I’m not running for office…. but I care about America,” Romney said. “Sitting on the sidelines when so much is at stake is just not in my nature,” he said.
On whether he is still mourning losing the election, Romney said, “I don’t spend my life looking back.”
Ann Romney, who also took part in the interview, said she’s “mostly over it.”
