Romney Camp Goes After Gingrich On Transparency

The Romney camp has responded to attacks on Romney’s failure to be transparent — particularly on the issue of his tax returns — by saying, ‘what about you?’ On a conference call on Gingrich’s connection with Freddie Mac, Pawlenty stressed that Freddie Mac paid Gingrich $1.7 million but “we don’t have any insight into what he did.”
