Keith Olbermann plans to file a lawsuit against his former employer, Current TV, on Thursday, E! News reports. A spokesman for Olbermann’s lawyer, Patricia Glaser, declined to comment to TPM.
Glaser also represented Conan O’Brien when he was fired by NBC.
