Joseph P. Kennedy III on Thursday will announce his candidacy for Congress, NBC reports, running for retiring Rep. Barney Frank’s seat in Massachusetts. Kennedy is a Democrat and the grandson of Robert F. Kennedy. The official announcement is expected to be in the form a a video, followed by several events in the district.
