President Obama was speaking Wednesday at the White House Summit on Countering Violent Extremism to discuss the efforts being undertaken to combat the rise of violent extremism.

    I try to never miss an opportunity to listen to this President. I am so thankful he is our President. Quite frankly, he could recite the alphabet and I would find him interesting. Proud Obambot here

  2. I was just able to catch a minute or so of the speech. I’ll listen to the whole thing when I see it online.
    I try not to miss his speeches either, either live or afterward on one of the sites – so much better than to hear what he said as filtered through a media dweeb!
