Plouffe: Opening Strategic Oil Reserves Is On The Table

On CNN’s State of the Union, Senior White House adviser David Plouffe said that opening up part of the strategic oil reserves to try to bring down gas prices is “an option that still remains on the table.” He wouldn’t comment further than that, turning instead on the President’s focus this week on an “all of the above” energy strategy.
