At the Fox News debate, Rick Perry reiterated his call for a part-time Congress, in order to roll back the size of the government and the extent of its policies.
Neil Cavuto asked what would constitute a part-time status.
Perry responded: “I would suggest to you 140 days every other year, like we do in Texas.”
