In a veiled shot at former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Texas Gov. Rick Perry told the Values Voter Summit on Friday that he had “consistently” worked for pro-life legislation in his home state.
Perry got a standing ovation when he said he had defunded Planned Parenthood in the Lone Star state.
