Back on the campaign trail after three days responding to Hurricane Sandy, President Obama began his speech in Green Bay, Wisconsin, by paying tribute to those affected by the storm.
“For the past few days, all of us have been focused on one of the worst storms in our lifetimes,” Obama said. “And we’re awed and we’re humbled by nature’s destructive power.”
Obama continued: “But we’ve also been inspired these past few days, because when disaster strikes, we see America at its best.”
