Obama Signs Bill To Protect Whistle-Blowing Federal Employees

President Obama on Tuesday signed a bill into law that provides protection for whistle-blowing federal employees. The AP reports:

The legislation closes loopholes created by court rulings, which removed protections for federal whistle-blowers. One loophole specified that whistle-blowers were only protected when they were the first to report misconduct.
