President Obama’s campaign and the Democratic National Convention raised a combined $60 million dollars in May, according to the campaign. In comparison, the combined haul for the month of April was $43.6 million.

Ninety-eight percent of donations the campaign received were less than $250, and the average donation was $54.94, according to the campaign.
