Obama Discusses Navy Yard Shooting With FBI Director

President Barack Obama called FBI Director James Comey on Monday to discuss the mass shooting at the Washington Navy Yard that left 13 people, including the gunman, dead.

According to a White House readout of the call, Obama thanked Comey “for the quick response of Bureau personnel” to the shooting. Obama also received an update on the investigation from Comey.
