Niger Foreign Minister Denies Qaddafi Is In The Country

After a Libyan convoy crossed the border into Niger this week, suspicious were raised that Qaddafi could have fled Libya. But Niger’s foreign minister denies that Qaddafi is in his country, Reuters reports.
