Newt: I’ve Even Met Democrats Who Are Supporting Me

At an Iowa campaign stop carried on CNN’s web live-stream site, Newt Gingrich said that he’d encountered such frustration with the Obama administration that “every day” he even has Democrats coming up to him, saying they’ll support him. He suggested that this was to do with a growing sense that one doesn’t really have the sufficient wisdom to be President until one is old enough to “be a grandfather.”
