Nebraska Gov. Signs Bill To Move Route Of Keystone XL Pipeline

Reuters reports that Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman has signed a bill to move the route of the Keystone XL pipeline. The state was concerned about the pipeline’s proximity to the state’s environmentally sensitive Sandhills area.
