Wisenberg made an interesting point in that if Mueller is going to indict Don Jr., he would do so before issuing his report.
So if he doesn’t, it means he’s leaving it for SDNY or some other entity and that he’s probably washing his hands after a thorough investigation and leaving the evidence for others to act on. If he does indict Don Jr., I suppose that would mean no report for quite some time as he still has work to do.
There’s still time; Mueller’s report has not yet been filed. Let’s wait and see, shall we? A coven? Is there a word for a large (yuge?) set of witches?
Not necessarily. Anything touching on Trump’s immediate family would make everything go nuclear. So I’d expect that those events would happen concurrently. And who knows? There’s apparently a bunch of sealed indictments out there, so that may have dropped months ago, so it may just be announced when the report is ready for release.
Hell - this isn’t just one coven. It’s a whole Congress of Covens.
It’s also possible that Trump Jr. and Corsi (as well as others) have already been indicted and they remain sealed. One way for Mueller to make his findings public is to unseal a group of indictments the day he files his report with Barr.
