A West Bend, Wis. man accidentally shot his upstairs neighbor on Wednesday through the apartment ceiling, WTMJ reported.
Police said the man was handling a rifle on the first floor of the building when it discharged towards the ceiling, wounding the other man in the stomach. He was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
