Isaac On The Verge Of Becoming A Hurricane

Tropical Storm Isaac is likely to become a hurricane later today, the National Hurricane Center reports in its latest public advisory. The storm currently has maximum sustained winds near 70 mph. The northern Gulf Coast is under threat of significant storm surge and flooding.
