Rep. Raul Grijalva said on MSNBC Thursday that a GOP version of the DREAM Act being floated by Sen. Marco Rubio would not win over Latino voters in November. Grijalva pointed out that unlike Democratic versions of the act, Rubio’s does not provide a path to citizenship, and instead creates a permanent “second class” of citizenship. Latinos are too smart and sophisticated to buy that, he said.
