House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Friday tweeted a picture of a meeting he had with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. McCarthy spent much of Friday meeting with Silicon Valley leaders in what he took to calling the “#InnovateToCreate Tour” on Twitter.
