An indictment unsealed on Tuesday charges 45-year-old Kathryn Cohen Allen of Jasper, Florida of sending letters filled with fake anthrax to Sens. Marco Rubio and Bill Nelson. Allen, who allegedly mailed the letters between June 24, 2011 and June 28, 2011, faces 45 years in federal prison if convicted.
